Each session is designed as a space to slow down, release tension, and find a little more inner calm.

Whether you’re going through a stressful period, need some rest, or simply want to breathe, sessions are adapted to your pace and your needs.

Reiki for Stress Relief

Why does stress build up?

Stress is part of the body’s natural mechanisms. It helps us respond to situations that require adaptation or extra effort. However, when periods of tension become frequent or prolonged, the nervous system can stay stuck in a constant state of alert.

This build-up can show up in different ways: difficulty slowing down, persistent fatigue, physical tension, racing thoughts, irritability, or a sense of never truly recovering.

How does Reiki help?

A Reiki session offers a dedicated space for deep relaxation and releasing tension. Through a calm environment and personalised support, the practice encourages a gradual return to a state of relaxation.

Reiki works mainly as an approach to relaxation and wellbeing. It can help you become aware of tension held in the body and encourage a moment of pause in an often demanding daily life.

Who is this for?

These sessions can suit people experiencing mental overload, a particularly stressful period, difficulty switching off, or simply the need to take a moment for themselves.

Every session is adapted to the person, their story, and their needs at that moment.

When should you consider it?

You don’t need to wait for a period of real difficulty to take care of yourself. A session can be considered during a stressful time, after a significant event, during a life change, or simply as a regular relaxation appointment.

Reiki for Sleep Support

Why can sleep be disrupted?

Sleep is closely linked to our overall level of tension and relaxation. When stress builds up, it can become harder to slow down in the evening, quiet the mind, or reach a state suited to rest.

Some people then experience difficulty switching off, a very active mind at bedtime, or a sense of not recovering enough despite the hours spent in bed.

How does Reiki help?

A Reiki session creates a space for deep relaxation that can help bring more calm before rest.

By encouraging a moment of pause and relaxation, the practice supports people who want to take care of their overall balance and build a wellbeing ritual around sleep.

Reiki does not replace medical care for sleep disorders, but it can be a complementary support within a broader approach to relaxation.

Who is this for?

These sessions can suit people who find it hard to slow down at the end of the day, feel mentally overloaded, or want to feel more at ease before resting.

Every session is adapted to the person’s experience and needs.

When should you consider it?

A session can be considered when sleep becomes a concern, during stressful periods, or simply when you want to bring more calm into your daily life.

Some people also choose to include Reiki as part of a regular relaxation routine.

Deep Relaxation Reiki Sessions

Why can it be hard to relax?

In a daily life shaped by obligations, constant demands, and mental load, it can become difficult to truly slow down. Even when the body stops, the mind can keep running: racing thoughts, anticipation, difficulty switching off, or a sense of always being “on.”

This build-up can prevent real rest and recovery. Taking time for yourself becomes essential to finding more calm and balance in everyday life.

How does Reiki help?

A Reiki session offers a space dedicated to relaxation and deep rest. In a calm environment, the practice gradually invites the body and mind to slow down, supporting a state of rest.

Reiki can support people who want to create a pause in their day, release built-up tension, and find a sense of inner ease.

Beyond the session itself, this practice can also help you better listen to your own needs and become more aware of how important recovery time really is.

Who is this for?

These sessions can suit people who feel the need to breathe, step out of their daily routine, or simply take a moment for themselves.

This support can be especially valued by people with very busy schedules, little space for themselves, or a wish to bring more calm into their routine.

When should you consider it?

A Reiki session can be considered at different times: during a busy period, after an intense phase of work, during a life change, or simply as a regular appointment dedicated to wellbeing and relaxation.

Emotional Wellbeing Support

Why can our emotional balance feel fragile?

Life experiences, periods of change, relationship difficulties, or stressful moments can sometimes affect how we see ourselves and manage our emotions.

It can then become harder to step back, listen to our needs, or feel a sense of inner stability.

How does Reiki help?

Reiki offers a space to reconnect with yourself, where it becomes possible to slow down and pay closer attention to what you’re feeling.

Through a moment of deep relaxation and attentive listening, the practice can support people who want to feel more at ease, more present, and more confident in their everyday life.

Reiki doesn’t transform someone deeply in a single session, but it can support a personal journey towards greater self-understanding and self-care.

Who is this for?

These sessions can suit people going through a period of doubt, change, or a need to find better inner balance.

They can also support people who simply want to strengthen their connection with themselves and create more moments of calm in their daily life.

When should you consider it?

A session can be considered during a period of transition, after a significant event, when emotions feel especially present, or simply as part of a personal journey towards greater wellbeing.

Every session respects each person’s own pace and story.

Why offer a dedicated space for the LGBTQIA+ community?

Some LGBTQIA+ people may go through periods of stress, emotional fatigue, or questioning linked to their personal journey. Experiences of discrimination, rejection, social pressure, or simply everyday difficulties can sometimes affect wellbeing and emotional balance.

Creating welcoming, caring, and judgement-free spaces allows everyone to take time for themselves, in an environment where each person’s identity and journey is respected.

How does Reiki help?

Reiki offers a moment of pause and deep relaxation, allowing you to slow down, release tension, and find a sense of inner calm.

Through an approach based on listening and respecting each person’s pace, sessions offer gentle support for people who want to take care of themselves, reduce their stress levels, or simply enjoy a moment of relaxation.

These sessions are part of a wellbeing and relaxation approach. They don’t replace medical or psychological support, but can be a complementary form of care.

Who is this for?

These sessions are offered to LGBTQIA+ people who want to discover Reiki in an inclusive and respectful environment.

They can be especially suited to people going through a period of stress, fatigue, or change, or who simply need a space to breathe and reconnect with themselves.

Where and how can you access these sessions?

As part of a partnership with Dialogai, free Reiki sessions are offered at the Geneva practice for LGBTQIA+ people.

These sessions provide easier access to a moment of relaxation and wellbeing within a well-known community space in Geneva.

Booking details and upcoming availability are shared directly by Dialogai, during dedicated sessions.

Packages & Longer Support

Reiki often works progressively. As with many body- and nervous-system-based practices, several sessions are generally needed to feel its effects more deeply.

Some people choose to come occasionally for a moment of relaxation, while others prefer a more regular form of support. Packages with reduced rates are available to support this journey at your own pace (with the option to pay in instalments).

Discovery Pack — 4 sessions

It often takes a few sessions for the body to gradually learn to let go and fully take in the effects of Reiki.

This package lets you discover the practice over time and gives your nervous system the chance to slow down.

Balance Pack — 8 sessions

Designed for periods of stress, fatigue, or mental overload, this package helps you build in regular moments of pause and supports longer-lasting wellbeing.

Grounding Pack — 12 sessions

A deeper form of support for people who want to make these moments of relaxation and reconnection part of their everyday life, over the long term.

Listening Circles

Les cercles d'écoute sont un espace de bienveillance gratuit

Listening circles are open, caring spaces where anyone can speak freely and be listened to in complete safety. Through unconditional, judgement-free listening, a genuine sense of connection forms between participants — bringing a deep sense of relief and wellbeing that’s better felt than described.

Is this a space for advice? A listening circle is a free space, but it isn’t meant to give advice or solve problems. It’s not a space for discussion, debate, or back-and-forth questions.

Who can come to a listening circle? Everyone. We all need to be heard — it’s a way to create a genuine human connection with others, to feel that sense of resonance within yourself. The best way to understand it is to come and experience it.

Do I need to sign up? No. Just come to the address provided — it’s free, and always welcome.

FAQ

Which session should I choose?

All sessions are based on the same Reiki practice. The different categories simply make it easier to identify your main focus — whether that’s stress, sleep, or emotional balance.

Either way, I always take time to talk with you at the start of the session to better understand your needs, your situation, and what you’re hoping for. The session is then adapted to what feels most important to you in that moment.

Can I come just once?

Of course. A single session can already offer a moment of deep relaxation. You’re then free to come back occasionally, or to choose ongoing support if you feel the need.

Are packages required?

No. Packages are only for people who want to build sessions into a longer-term routine. It’s entirely possible to book individual sessions only.

Can a session be given as a gift?

Yes, a Reiki session can make a lovely gift, as long as it’s offered as an invitation to take care of oneself and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

That said, it’s best to avoid offering a session with the idea of “fixing” a loved one’s difficulties. The experience is usually more valuable when it comes from someone’s own choice and their own wish to discover the practice.

Why choose Rémy Gainet for a Reiki session in Geneva?

I welcome each person with simplicity, without esoteric language or unrealistic promises. My approach is based on listening, respecting everyone’s own pace, and creating a space for relaxation where it becomes possible to release tension, quiet the mind, and find a little more calm in daily life. Sessions are available in Geneva as well as in La Muraz, in Haute-Savoie.
