Hello and welcome. I’m Rémy, a certified Reiki practitioner specialising in supporting wellbeing and personal balance. I offer Reiki sessions to help calm the mind, relax the body, and reconnect you with a sense of inner peace.

Stress affects both the body and the mind.

Tension, fatigue, and racing thoughts can keep the nervous system in a constant state of alert, even when we long to slow down.

Reiki helps gradually create a state of deep relaxation, allowing the body to release pressure and the mind to settle.

Improve sleep

Sleep is closely linked to our ability to relax.

When the body remains tense or the mind keeps turning, it becomes difficult to truly rest.

By supporting deep relaxation, Reiki helps prepare the body for rest and encourages a more peaceful sleep.

Reconnect with yourself

In the pace of everyday life, it’s easy to feel scattered or disconnected from yourself.

Thoughts build up, emotions take over, and it becomes harder to listen inwardly.

A Reiki session offers a space to slow down, recentre, and reconnect with a sense of inner clarity.

How does a Reiki session work?

We begin with a short conversation, if you wish.
This helps me understand what brings you here and adapt the session to your needs. If you prefer not to talk, that is absolutely fine.

You are then invited to lie down comfortably. During the session, you remain free to move, speak, or stop at any time if you feel the need.

A Reiki session consists of a series of light hand placements on specific areas of the body, supporting deep relaxation.

 

Many people experience a deep sense of calm, warmth, or mental quietness.
