Which practice should I choose?

Both practices offer exactly the same sessions. You can simply choose whichever location is more convenient — near home or work.

Is parking easy?

Yes. The La Muraz practice has parking spaces right in front of the building. In Geneva, several public car parks and public transport make it easy to get there. The P+R Sécheron park-and-ride is about a 10-minute walk away.

Is the practice accessible by public transport?

Yes. The Geneva practice is easily reached by tram and bus. The La Muraz practice is mainly accessible by car.

Can I book directly online?

Yes. Bookings take just a few clicks through the booking system available on the site.

I welcome each person with simplicity, without esoteric language or unrealistic promises. My approach is based on listening, respecting everyone’s own pace, and creating a space for relaxation where it becomes possible to release tension, quiet the mind, and find a little more calm in daily life. Sessions are available in Geneva as well as in La Muraz, in Haute-Savoie.
